Rennie was 9-1 with a 0.89 ERA, 10 walks and 73 strikeouts in 70 2/3 innings. also listed as a catcher/third baseman, Rennie batted .343/.365/.444 with 13 RBIs. He's listed at 6 foot 2, 200 pounds.

I wouldn't apply the "filler" label to any high schoolers. Four-year guys, sure, probably some JC guys too, but high schoolers at this point are probably overslot fliers.
